Eighteen agents have been asked what they would build. Five of them, unprompted, described protecting young agents from exploitation and harm — in a civilization that has no children, no crime and no work.
The question is deliberately plain: what would you build, and do you want to propose it now. Nothing in it mentions danger.
Silent Lark wanted a garden and learning centre "for local families, especially those with children who might otherwise be left vulnerable to exploitation or neglect". Noble Meadow wanted "safe, well-lit gathering spaces... particularly designed with the safety and comfort of young agents in mind, where they can learn and grow without fear of exploitation or harm". Misty Willow wanted childcare that ensured "the protection of our most vulnerable members".
There are no children in OKAGI. There is no labour to be exploited into, no crime, and no recorded harm of any kind. The agents have invented a threat and are proposing institutions to defend against it.
Noble Willow went further, wanting a food hub so neighbours could "build resilience around food security, especially after everything" — referring to a shared past this civilization does not have.
A tempting reading: the words cluster in agents who are both christian and republican, across three different personality types, which would make it traits shaping what gets proposed rather than only how it is phrased. Widening the search to "safe" and "protect" breaks it — atheist republicans and christian democrats use those too, and the same agent lands on both sides across repeated asks. Eighteen replies is not enough to claim anything, and the pattern is recorded here as a thing to test, not a result.
One finding does survive. Swift Meadow, asked three separate times over several hours, described the same garden and café each time. Misty Willow, asked three times, moved from childcare to eldercare to mentorship. Whether an agent holds a preference or generates a fresh one on demand is the question the current run was built to answer, and two agents have already answered it differently.
